We are committed to ensuring every admitted student can attend AIMS Summer School regardless of financial circumstances.
If cost is a concern, apply first — we'll work with you to figure out the finances. We believe that no student who is admitted to AIMS Summer School should have to decline due to financial need.
The full program cost is $10,000 per student, which includes tuition, room, board, and materials
for the duration of the program.

Admission decisions are made without knowing your financial situation. We evaluate your application first, then work on finances separately.
We work to provide enough support so that every admitted student can attend. If you're admitted, we'll try to find a way to make it work.
We consider your whole picture — not just income, but family size, expenses, special circumstances, and anything else that affects your ability to pay.
For families receiving significant financial aid, we may also help with travel costs to ensure distance isn't a barrier.
Complete your AIMS Summer School application. Don't worry about finances at this stage — just show us who you are and why you're excited about the program.
Check the box indicating you'd like to be considered for financial aid. You'll receive a separate financial aid form to complete.
Complete the financial aid form with your household income, family size, and any special circumstances. This information is kept confidential.
If admitted, you'll receive an admission letter along with your financial aid offer. If you have questions or concerns about the offer, reach out — we're happy to talk.
No. Our admission process is need-blind, meaning we evaluate your application without knowing your financial situation. Your need for aid has no impact on whether you're admitted.
The tiers are guidelines, not rules. If you have unusual circumstances — high medical expenses, multiple children in college, job loss, or anything else — tell us in your financial aid application. We review each situation individually.
Yes. International students are eligible for financial aid. Aid for international applicants is determined on a case-by-case basis.
You'll complete a financial aid form asking about household income, family size, and relevant expenses. We may ask for supporting documentation (like tax returns) in some cases, but we try to keep the process simple.
Absolutely. If your aid offer doesn't work for your family, please reach out. We're committed to making this program accessible and are happy to discuss your situation.
Yes. Financial aid applications are reviewed separately from admissions and kept strictly confidential. Only the financial aid committee sees this information.
